Subscriber Identity
The sole account user must be the person named as the registered account holder and/or payer of the Market fees. The account owner should not provide access to his account to 3rd parties under any circumstances.
Account closure
We reserve the right to close a Subscriber Account with immediate effect and not refund any remaining fees should we have a reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used in violation of the above Rules for Subscriber or has been in any other way compromised and accessed without authorization by 3rd parties.
No right of re-sale or re-distribution
The information and prediction picks provided are for personal use only and should be kept confidential by Buyers until the end of the sports event concerned. Buyers are not allowed to re-sale, distribute, share or in any other way disclose to 3rd parties the information and prediction picks received via their FtbTips - Football Tips prior to the end of the specific sports events.
Indemnity
FtbTips - Football Tips does not guarantee the accuracy of any information on the Site. The Subscribers therefore confirm that they have legal capacity and acknowledge that they shall be solely liable for their acts and decisions. The Subscriber shall not hold FtbTips - Football Tips its corporate officers and shareholders liable on the basis of any recommendations or information provided. You shall be solely liable for any use You make of the information and picks published via FtbTips - Football Tips.
Automation software
Subscribers are not allowed to use automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software to collect information automatically for the prediction picks received via their FtbTips - Football Tips.
